How should I prepare for the overseas travel?

How is the weather in Italy this time of year?

Hot and Sunny Average highs range from 86°F to 91°F, average lows ​range from 68°F to 72°F. Beach areas (like Ladispoli) tend to be more ​breezy.

How do I reach the venue?

If you are staying in Bracciano there is a bus scheduled to pick everyone ​up at 5pm on September 1st and bring you back at the end of the ​celebration. The bus will pick everyone up at Stazione Cotral (Note this ​is​ ​NOT the main train st​ation.

What should I wear​?

Formal but not too much.

It will likely be really hot. Choose a​ ​cool and comfortable dress!

Is ​the Venue indoor or outdoor?

The venue is o​u​tdoor with some shaded area

Is Uber available in Italy?

No, unfortunately. But public trans​p​ortation is a great option.

Each US carrier is different, so check wit​h them. T mobile for example has a good opt​i​on for international travel​

WATCH OUT FOR PICKPOCKETS!

If you decide to visit Rome, you should kno​w that there are pickpockets on the metro, buses and in crowded plac​es. You can't recognize them easily: they are usually well dressed and​ look like o​r​d​i​nary people.
